We are a registered non- profit Liberian organization established to address the need to raise a standard of excellence in various leadership fields. Ensuring quality and consistency through training and at the same time undertake projects that lead towards National Leadership Development. As an emerging leadership development organization, we are open to network with reputable institutions that will assist us in fulfilling our mission . At the same, we shall endeavor to create the platform for leadership training, vision leaders conference on leadership development and, opportunities for investment in Liberia .
NCLD-Liberia aims to cover the entire landscape of Liberia in its program through our respective county coordinators.

As National Coordinator and Administrator of the National Center for Leadership Development Liberia (NCLD), let me begin by saying that true progress begins with individuals who are dedicated to personal growth, integrity, and national service. In this regard, I am pleased to reaffirm our organization’s commitment to advancing ethical, principle-centered, and transformative leadership throughout our nation.

Why is NCLD-Liberia needed?
